Good to Know

This peaceful Joshua Tree cabin is a secluded hideaway, about 15 minutes from town, surrounded by acres of open land. Built in 1950, it’s been fully refreshed while keeping its original charm.

- Modern Comforts: Renovated kitchen, updated bathroom, queen bed, AC/heat, WiFi (via Starlink), and an outdoor shower.
- Morning Brews: Coffee from Joshua Tree Coffee Co. and tea provided.
- Panoramic Views: Expansive views with stunning sunrises and sunsets from the porch or patio.
- Rustic Experience: No TV, microwave, or blender, but - WiFi supports streaming on your devices.

National Park is a 25-30 minute drive from here, and town is just 15 minutes away with great shops and dining.

Pet Friendly: We're pet friendly! Two well-behaved pups allowed. There is a pet fee, paid at time of booking. No pups on the furniture and no pups left alone in the house or in the yard and please dispose of any pet waste. Please review our cancellation policy closely. If you’re worried about the possibility that you may need to cancel after the refund period is closed we highly recommend adding travel insurance to your booking.

House Rules By booking this property, you agree to the following house rules: Occupancy is limited to the number of guests listed on your reservation. Parking is limited to designated driveway spaces only. No street parking. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Please be mindful of neighbors at all times. No parties or events are allowed. No non-standard use of the property without prior written approval. No outside vendors allowed on the property without prior approval. No firearms, fireworks, or sparklers. No glitter, confetti, balloons, or water balloons. No drones. No RVs or large vehicles without prior approval. No photoshoots or commercial use without prior approval. (Personal photos are welcome. Feel free to tag us @staycocoon.) Pool + Spa (if applicable) Use of the pool and/or spa is at your own risk. No jumping, diving, running, or rough play No food or glass in the pool or spa Please note that the pool and/or spa may not be fenced or covered Security + Noise Monitoring A noise monitoring device is in place. It does not record conversations, only measures sound levels (decibels). Exterior security cameras are present at the front of the property only. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas. Pets Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed with a pet fee. Do not approach wildlife. If you see a rattlesnake, leave it alone and let us know so we can arrange relocation if needed. Local Regulations Failure to comply with San Bernardino County Code Chapter 84.28, including occupancy limits, parking, and noise regulations, may result in enforcement actions, including fines or removal from the property as permitted by law.
