Casa Bella was created by longtime friends and collaborators Chad and Andrew, who share a deep passion for design, architecture, and the desert landscape. Chad’s background in landscape architecture guided the transformation of the grounds with drought-tolerant, desert-sourced plants. Interior architect Mervé Krenzke brought her signature desert modern style to the home’s interiors - pairing clean lines, warm textures, and an effortless sense of place.

Parking is limited to designated driveway spaces only. No street parking. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Please be mindful of neighbors at all times. No parties or events are allowed. No non-standard use of the property without prior written approval. No outside vendors allowed on the property without prior approval. No firearms, fireworks, or sparklers. No glitter, confetti, balloons, or water balloons. No drones. No RVs or large vehicles without prior approval. No photoshoots or commercial use without prior approval. (Personal photos are welcome. Feel free to tag us @staycocoon.) Pool + Spa (if applicable) Use of the pool and/or spa is at your own risk. No jumping, diving, running, or rough play No food or glass in the pool or spa Please note that the pool and/or spa may not be fenced or covered Security + Noise Monitoring A noise monitoring device is in place. It does not record conversations, only measures sound levels (decibels). Exterior security cameras are present at the front of the property only. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas. Pets Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed with a pet fee. No pets on furniture Do not leave pets unattended unless crated Please clean up all pet waste No other animals permitted Property Use + Safety All areas of the property and its amenities are used at your own risk. Do not touch, climb, or hang anything on Joshua Trees or native plants Be respectful of wildlife and observe from a distance Wildlife may include rabbits, coyotes, insects, snakes (including rattlesnakes), and spiders. Do not approach wildlife. If you see a rattlesnake, leave it alone and let us know so we can arrange relocation if needed. Local Regulations Failure to comply with San Bernardino County Code Chapter 84.28, including occupancy limits, parking, and noise regulations, may result in enforcement actions, including fines or removal from the property as permitted by law.
