Meet our Founder
Jenn Gladysz founded Cocoon with a unique perspective shaped by diverse experiences in hospitality, service-driven businesses, and community engagement. After growing up in New York, serving in the Army, and studying Art, Culture, and Museum Studies at NYU, Jenn built and successfully sold Brooklyn’s largest and highest-rated pet care business. Her lifelong passion for wellness, nature, and holistic experiences deeply influences Cocoon’s philosophy and offerings.
Following extensive travel throughout the United States, Jenn fell in love with Joshua Tree and its vibrant desert community. Her appreciation for authentic, immersive wellness experiences inspired Cocoon’s approach—rooted in meaningful connections, local integration, and thoughtfully designed stays that nourish body, mind, and spirit.
