Jenn Gladysz
Jenn grew up in New York. Her interests include travel, nature, and the arts. She joined the Army for adventure and spent three years working on Army Watercraft (yes, the Army has boats!). After time in the military, she went to New York University and majored in Art, Culture and Museum Studies.
She spent some time working in museums but left the non-profit world to build the largest and highest rated pet care business in Brooklyn.
After 15 years, she sold the company and with her family, traveled the country in a camper for a year before falling in love with the desert and deciding to put down roots in Joshua Tree.
Her unique experiences in the military, the arts and a high pressure service business have prepared her well for the short term rental industry. She loves hosting guests in the desert and introducing them to this special area of the world.
Jenn's vision for Cocoon is to marry the best of the Airbnb experience, the very personal connection between the guests, unique properties, and property owners who want to provide an amazing experience, with a professional quality stay, which includes cleanliness, amenities, and 24/7 guest support.
Her goal is to connect guests to the local community and local businesses and to create Good Neighbor homes.
Breana Bailey
Breana grew up in Texas but has a deep connection to the desert. Her great grandfather built a homesteader cabin in Landers, where Breana spent summers throughout her childhood.
Her interests include reading, picking up new hobbies, travel and nature. She majored in Exercise Science and worked in healthcare for a few years before getting into short term rentals.
She loves hosting guests and her awesome attention to detail brings A LOT to the Cocoon team.
Jessica Caudell
Jess was born and raised in the desert and spent her childhood exploring every inch of Joshua Tree National Park.
Her interests include off roading and dirt bike riding and loves being in nature and exploring new places. She lives with her long time boyfriend and loves being a stepmom to their son.
Her background is in both the grocery and casino industries before she transitioned to short term rentals and hospitality. Her desert knowledge and work experience are a huge benefit to Cocoon and our guests.
